ITS17 was born in 2010 with a main purpose to help companies no matter the size increase productivity by allowing clients and employees to enter and track their issues through the web instead of traditional slow and cumbersome method of installing a specific software.
This software is a powerful tool that allows companies that provide support to other clients to track all issues related to each client and also giving access to each client to see and track the resolution for each issue/ticket.
Issue Track ITS17 is a web software that give the employees the opportunity to enter the issues from anywhere in the world and get it resolved in a timely manner. It also allows IT personnel to get a report on a weekly basis for of all issues they worked on during that week.
